The room was spacious with good amenities, and the bathroom was also great (the hairdryer was definitely a plus, and the towel rack for drying/warming the towels was a nice touch). The location was relatively close to the city centre, and we could easily reach it by foot, metro, or bus, despite a slight sense of insecurity due to the area being less busy. Additionally, after check-out, they allowed us to store our luggage until our flight time.

We didn’t have breakfast. The parking facilities very awkward you had to go out to another building which was fine but when leaving you have to get your car and then drop your key back. It was raining and a bit of a nuisance. There should be away for one to leave after finishing with reception. Otherwise all good. Receptionist was lovely particularly Jess/Tess. From England but so nice and accommodating and friendly and efficient,

Extremely clean, comfortable, spacious room and modern/larger shower. Cooking facility/refrigerator. Excellent location, only 10-minute walk to Bordeaux train station, close to Les Capucins market and nice 20-minute walk to city center/Tourist Office and key attractions. Comfortable lobby area and reception staff all helpful/friendly. I would definitely stay in this hotel if I returned to Bordeaux. Great value for money.

As this is a 3* property it should be rated accordingly. The reception team were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. There is an on-site laundry facility which we used and was very satisfactory. There is a gym and a sauna, which we did not use but may be of interest to others perhaps. Lidl (supermarket) is les than 7 mins walk. Other local supermarkets i.e. Carrefour, are a bit further. Easy walking distance to Gare St Jean. The area was well lit and we (couple) felt safe walking at night. Possibly be more cautious as a single female through the park after dark though! A short walk will lead you to the river Garonne and you can easily walk along it and get very easy access to the old town. On this route, a lovely Italian restaurant is less than 10 mins walk - Bella Ciao. Great food and you sit in a square with a view of an old church, Eglise Saint Croix. Lovely for dinner as the sun sets!

Very clean and organised room. Large bathroom with spacious shower. Plenty of room to unpack a suitcase for the week. Kitchenette was well stocked with cutlery, bowls, cups and had enough space to cook a small meal, although we mainly used it to make some sandwiches and cereal in the morning. Blackout blinds were a lovely touch! Access to the building was behind a gate, we used the same keycard at all entrances. Location was close enough to walk to the main downtown area in Bordeaux, very close to marche du capucins!

The staff were so friendly and helpful and they allowed us to leave our suitcases for 3 hours before check in. The room was so big and so lovely 😍 and extremely quiet as it was on a corner with huge windows. The facilities were brilliant as we had a kitchenette with a fridge with a freezer compartment built in. The bed was very large and very comfortable and there was air conditioning which was essential. The location was excellent as it was walkable to the Gare and also to the Capucins Marche'. This will be our hotel of choice in Bordeaux from now on. And there was a lift.

One bed studio was well equipped and very roomy! It was very basic but met nearly all of my needs. All staff were very nice! Location is good - only 5-10 min walk from Gare Saint Jean and a mile at most from the centre. Felt completely safe in the area despite what some reviews have said. Good transport links and Lidl is just around the corner! The carpets through the building were tired but this really didn’t bother me at all!

Location was nicely quiet. Staff were very responsive to any requests, such as when our room ran out of toilet paper). I appreciate how well equipped the kitchen was, plenty of plates, pots, pans, cutlery. The room was very clean when arriving and there were some cleaning supplies if you needed to sweep up at some point.

Great location near the train station. Excellent bakery on the corner, a 2 minute walk away. Comfortable room. Laundry facilities are reasonably priced.
